Detained for discrediting the elections and criticizing the constitutional project

The victim was detained by the head of the department, a police squad of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) and a State Security officer, while expressing his opinion in the local meeting about the constitutional project of the Republic. The victim said that the elections were rigged by the State. Finally, the victim was repressed by the MININT officers and brought to the police station called Parque 24, where he was detained more than 24 hours. He was set free on the 14th September 2018, after being threatened and warned that in the future, the State would prosecute him for disobedience and enemy propaganda.
