Lady in White banned from leaving her house

In the morning, a Lady in White Leticia Ramos Herrería, left her house in order to buy some medicaments she needed. There had been already police officers waiting near her house since the previous day, April 17. The officers immediately approched her and told her that she was not allowed to leave her house. Leticia explained them that she was going to buy the medicaments she needed and kept walking. When she left the doctor, the officers were there again and took here to the Police Department in Cárdenas. When they got there, she was told that she was not allowed to leave her house until the Assembly is finished. She was fined 150 pesos (CUP) under Decree-Law 141. They left Leticia in her house at 10:45 am.
