Man reluctant to perform military service is fined and threatened by the police

A man summoned to attend medical exams with the objective of performing military service, decided not to attend. The next day he was summoned by the PNR (Revolutionary National Police) of Jovellanos, where he is questioned for his absence. The man gives as an excuse his disagreement with the government and the military system, so he is fined with 500 pesos (€ 16.30), if not paid, he can be sent to jail.
