Zuleydis Lisbet Pérez Velázquez, a human rights activist from Holguín, left her house and was heading to the wi-fi zone. Pérez Velázquez was detained and taken to the 1st National Revolutionary Police Unit (PNR). There she was kept from 10 am until 5 pm.
