An activist detained while leaving her home and kept 7 hours in the PNR unit



Zuleydis Lisbet Pérez Velázquez, a human rights activist from Holguín, left her house and was heading to the wi-fi zone. Suddenly, she was intercepted by patrol car no. 406 and two Suzuki motorcycles. There were two policemen, a military woman and two State Security agents, one of them known as Evelio. Pérez Velázquez was detained and taken to the 1st National Revolutionary Police Unit (PNR). There she was kept from 10 am until 5 pm. During that period, he was subjected to interrogations and threats.
