State child protection.

Since 2018, the complainant has been making petitions to the government to receive social subsidies since she is the mother of 6 children, ages 2, 3, 6, 6, 8, 8, 16 and 18 years old and they do not have a place to live. She indicates that they have lived both in the house Materno #1, as well as in the family's medical office #17 located in Calle 10 de Octubre, Reparto Harlem. She has entered illegally because she has no other options to provide shelter for her children and herself and has been evicted on both occasions. As of October 3, 2019, she was forcibly evicted. The above occurred under a heavy torrential rain, leaving clothes, beds, mattresses and few belongings with irreparable damage. Due to the situation, the children cannot even attend school, they do not have a home, they live in very precarious situations. The social workers told her that she would receive a donation with mattresses, but she was subsequently denied because they indicated that it was only the government's decision. The victim denounces that she has been offered many possibilities but none has been executed, she is still waiting for state support and three years later she is told that she must request a plot of land from Physical Planning, a process that is not at all easy or agile. The victims suffer from a totally precarious situation, they get wet in the rain, have no mattresses, live in overcrowding, extreme poverty and are at imminent risk.
