The Sector Chief, Alexander Reyes Ramos, summoned the victim to present himself at the respective Police Unit. There, he threatened to issue a warning letter, since it is known that he does not work and that several nights the victim takes advantage of the blackout to speak negatively about the president and exhort the neighbors to go out into the street and bang pots and pans.
