Bicycle taxi driver detained while he was waiting for his daughter in front of the school

At 11 am, the victim was outside the Primary School of Ronny Cautín Correa, waiting for his daughter to pick her up on his bicycle taxi. Suddenly, police officer Captain Cornelio appeared and asked for his ID and document for his bicycle taxi. The victim asked why he was bothering him now if he had already seen many times that he was picking up his daughter. The police officer got angry and took him to the police station. There he was kept until 3 pm, so his daughter was waiting alone in front of the school. At the police station, he was threatened that he should leave Baracoa and return to his place of origin, because he is not welcome. He was fined 30 pesos in CUP for resistance.
