Activist accused of distributing the anti-government posters and fined



Yanier Jouber Cisneros was detained on the 15 July in his house by an unidentified State Security (DSE) official, accompanied by two more policemen. Then he was taken to the police unit known as Parque 24. There, the DSE official known as Víctor Víctor told him that there had been anti-government posters the night before the detention. He also added, that anytime similar poster appeared in the city of Guantánamo, he would be fined, because if it was not him, he was at least involved. He was released on the next day at about 10 am with two fines - one for 7,50 pesos for not having the ID on him and 600 pesos for the anti-government posters.
