The victim was at the house of political coordinar of Palmirito cell. The house was suddenly surrounded by Anti-Riot Police led by State Security officials Dynier Pagan and Ferro. They broke into the house and started beating all the people who were inside. The victim was taken by force to the police unit in Julio Antonio de Mella. The officers searched his clothes and beat him with a stick several times. After that, they kept him in the direct sunshine for more than 6 hours. The he was released.
