Hector Lopéz Peréz was intercepted by the police in the middle of the street on his way back to his house and they searched him at that moment. Hector was taken to the police station and was accused of carrying two marijuana cigarettes in his body. The witnesses who saw what happened, denied the accusation. Despite the testimony of the witnesses, Hector was sentenced to 3 years of deprivation of liberty for allegedly carrying marijuana.
