Francisco Osoria Claro is an activist from UNPACU and cooperates with Ladies in White. On October 23, he was about to attend Sunday Mass in Santa Catalina de Ricci Church. When he was passing through Pedro Agusto Pérez Street, he was stopped by State Security official known as Kevin or Jefferson and two his colleagues who prohibited him from attending the Mass.
