Celina Osoria Claro belongs to Ladies in White Movement in Guantánamo. On October 23, she was about to attend Sunday Mass in Santa Catalina de Ricci Church. When she was passing through Pedro Agustin Pérez Street, she was stopped by State Security officials who prohibited her from going to the church.
