Man from Baracoa detained and threatened by police and State Security

José Andi Lobaina Moreira was detained in his house by police officers accompanied by a State Security (DSE) official known as Rogelio. Then he was taken to the police unit in Baracoa where he was explained that he was under investigation due to anti-government posters which had appeared in previous days in Baracoa. Based on that accusation, the officers were forcing Lobaina Moreira to sign an official warning which he refused. They told him that if he kept meeting with counter-revolutionaries, he would be in troubles and the best thing he could do is to keep distance from them. This was said because Lobaina Moreira's neighbor is an activist Yoel Acosta Games and they sometimes walk together. He was released on the next day at about 11 am without any further consequences.
