Man imprisoned in the Combinado del Este is a victim of harassment by the prison staff

Luís Robles Elizástegui is currently imprisoned in the Combinado del Este Prison. There he is constantly harassed by the prison authorities. For example, they did not give him his medication, Domperidona, that his brother had brought him and Luís needs it since he suffers from gastric reflux disease. He was also threatened, with his head covered, that his family will be harmed as well.
