Human rights activist, Reinaldo Martin Villar, was at the bus stop in the city of Héctor Infante and was going to Jamaica. While he was there, the State Security agent, known as Omaní, and the head of the sector arrived. Reinaldo was detained and taken to the National Revolutionary Police unit of Manuel Tames (PNR). There he was interrogated by agent Omaní and accused of putting up posters around the neighborhood and making flyers that were given out in the main park of Héctor Infante and at the bus stop. He was released the same day at 5 pm.
