Human rights defender threatened over the phone

The human rights defender and independent journalist Niober García Fournier is being victim of a telephone harassment in which he is threatened and harassed with the phrase: "Take your back, you know why." This threat is striking because in 2016 Niober García Fournier was the victim of a knife attack in the back, with danger to his life, and which was never resolved and the guilty went unpunished.
