On 20 June in the morning, Alexander Chacón Lamoth was summoned to the police station in a quarter known as Reparto Obrero. He was received by the 1st lieutenant Vichi who told him that he is being under surveillance for being an element going against the spirit of the Revolution and he threatened him that he could be put in jail as he does not cooperate. Chacón Lamoth said he was free and he was not committing any crime which would authorize them for the interrogation and the threats. The official replied that this depends on him which was followed by an argument when the victim tried to defend himself. Few minutes later, a patrol car arrived and he was driven to the police unit knowns as Parque 24. Then he was released without any explanation.
