Mother of two children does not have a home where to live

The victim, mother of two children, was forced to break into a room, where a musical group rehearses, to take it as a home, since it has no shelter to live. Her children suffer of illnesses, one of them is treated for psychiatric illness and the other one was operated of the stomach. The victim has asked for help legally, but they have only lent her an apartment on the fourth floor of a building in risk of collapse, without the minimal conditions to live since it has no windows or running water. The victim is worried about their children. Her request for a decent home, has taken more than 6 years, the victim says that there are people who started the process after her and they already have a home, she says that it happens, because the beneficiaries are militants of the PCC (Cuban Communist Party). The victim is also denied access to a job, so she had no other option to break into this space. The victim has been threatened with imprisonment and the loss of her children.
