On August 13, 2018 about 2 p.m. two officers of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) appeared at the victim's home and demanded him to accompany them to the unit. The victim requested the subpoena, but they replied that they are there to accompany him to the appointment. After the arrival to the police unit, Officer Vladimir informed the victim that the soldier Leandro Uribe accused the victim of having photographed him the previous Friday. The victim replied that it was false, questioned why the accusation comes four days after the event and affirmed that there are no witnesses. He also assured that his cell phone does not take photos nor videos since the State Security broke those functions in past events.
On August 20, about 9 a.m. an officer of the PNR appeared at the victim's home and demanded another visit to the police unit. They informed the victim that he was not allowed to leave the country and they offered hom an undercover collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior instead of collaborating with the Independent Trade Union Association of Cuba (ASIC). The victim refused to cooperate with the Ministry of the Interior and was immediately fined 200.00 CUP (7,90 EUR).
