Human rights defender detained and deprived of his belongings

On July 10, officers Leoni and Víctor Víctor appeared at the home of human rights defender Arturo Feliciano Acosta Guillén. They said they had a search warrant and they took an HP laptop out of his closet. They seized the computer and took Arturo to the police unit "Operaciones", where they told him that Law 88 would apply to his case for working for a foreign power. He was released after two hours in the unit.
