The victim was violently detained with beatings. Once detained, he was kept in a dungeon without sheets or mattress, where he was constantly beaten for 27 days without ensuring him any dignified conditions. From the dungeon he was then transferred to the 4 Roads technical center in Guanajay, where he was kept for 2 weeks. He was then transferred to Taco Taco, the prison in Artemisa, where he was held for 2 months. Now, he is in the Guanajay prison.
