At 11:50am, after their return to Holguin and for the third day in a row, all the family, including their dog Luna, were arrested with great violence, for the sixth time in the month of December, 2020. The arrest took place at Calle Frexes/ Pepe Torres and Maximo Gomez, at the center of the city of Holguin (same place of last arrest). According to the source, Tahimi Rodriguez Miranda (14 years old), Alan Michel Rodriguez Miranda (12 years old), their grandmother Maydolis Leyva Portelles, and the dog Luna, were taken once again to the police unit of minot prevention on a patrol, where they stayed all night. Around 21:00 they were deported once again to Gibara, where they have been temporarily living, waiting for the answer of any employee of the Provincial Popular Power of Holguin, about the decision they take about the exchange of their house. According to them this will be informed on January 7th 2021. The rest of the family was taken to the Unit of Assaults Against State Security, in criminal proceedings of Holguin.
