At 1:00 pm on 15th September, journalist and activist Roberto Rodriguez was arrested as he was returning from the municipality of Rio Cauto in a bus. Without any explanation, he was ordered to get off the bus, he was searched, detained, handcuffed and taken to the police station. He was interrogated by officer Daniel Ramírez Matamoro and by officer Leandro, who also confiscated his mobile phone and took two minutes, one of occupation and the other of warning. The journalist was released without charge at 5:00 pm.
