Pedicab driver harassed by police and detained for several hours

Frederic Games González is a pedicab driver in Baracoa. On that day, he was posted in the Los Maceos Street, when a police chief Cornelio appeared in front of him and asked for his documents which he immediately showed him. When Frederic asked him whether there was a problem, the official asked the passenger who was already sat down in the pedicab to get off and told Frederic to turn off the music he was listening to. When he asked why, he was taken by force to the police station where he was kept for several hours. Before his release, Cornelio issued him an official warning for disrespect.
