Activist threatened with arrest if he left his home



After visiting some friends in Granma province, activist Francisco Díaz returned to his home in Santiago de Cuba. There he was notified through a note written by the Lieutenant Colonel of the political police Mario Alcalde where he was warned that if he left his house that day (July 25) or the next day, he would be arrested and imprisoned in the cells of the political police.
