Juan Manuel Moreno Borrego prevented from leaving the country

Juan Manuel Moren Borrego was invited by an NGO from Argentina to visit the country and be trained in the democratic election process to obtain the necessary tools for the 2018 Cuban elections. However, when Juan Manuel was passing through migration in the international airport, they informed him he was not permitted to leave the country. Some days later, he complained to the immigration office and they told him he had not been allowed to travel because of national security issues.
