Stepson of a political prisoner was forced to testify against his stepfather

Alberto Milan Tito, 18 years old, was summoned to testify in the case of his stepfather, the human rights activist Hector López Pérez, who is now in the Guantánamo prison. Alberto was interrogated without the presence of an adult and was coerced by Captain Juan Martinez Martinez to testify against his stepfather, who was unjustly charged with a drug crime. Alberto's mother was not allowed to enter to the unit with her son. In addition, in previous days, he had been summoned in 5 occasions and when he came, he was always told that the Captain Juan Martinez Martinez was not present. Alberto's family understands this behavior as psychological torture.
