Independent journalist arrested, deprived from a USB, interrogated and threatened by state agents

Independent journalist Yunior Berges González was arrested by two police officers, under the command of agent Leandro of the Department of State Security (DSE), and taken to the Provincial Unit for the Instruction of Crimes against State Security in Bayamo. There, a body search was carried out, in the middle of which the victim and the state agents struggled, as a results a USB memory stick he was carrying was destroyed and confiscated. He was later brought before a person who identified himself as a psychologist, who tried to perform a psychological profile to which the victim refused to respond. He was then taken to another location where he was put on file, which included taking photographs, weighing, filling out documents and a medical examination, similar to the one they do for people who are being transferred to prison. After another interrogation, he was released, but not before receiving several threats from Leandro, who assured him that this was the only thing he needed to complete his criminal record and that at any moment he could be accused and put on trial for being a counter-revolutionary. He was also given a warning letter for carrying out activities related to independent journalism.
