Rafael Hernandéz César detained for 72 hours without any reason

Rafael Hernández César was in a club with his wife and his brother-in-law in Baracoa, when two policemen approached them and told to Rafael that he had to accompany him to the police station, without explaining the reason. There, he was interrogated by Capitain Jimenez informing him that he was accused of assault. Rafael explains that it could not have been him because he was not at the crime scene and they could verify it at his work. Captain told him that they would verify it and, meanwhile, Rafael would be sent to a dungeon. Rafael began to fight back and shout anti-government signs. He was released after 72 hours with a fine for contempt of 500 pesos.
