Pérez Gainza was summoned by the Sector Chief of his Zone to report to the Reparto Obrero Police Unit. There, he was threatened for not being employed and for meeting on the corner with people "disaffected with society". He was warned that he would be subject to a danger index if he continued to do the same and was finally released that same day after 4 hours in detention.
