On January 25, 2022, Mr. Diosbany Salazar Rodríguez was summoned to the Glorieta sector area in the province of Guantánamo. There he was attended to by officer Luis Ángel, who told him that from that day on he could not go to the city of Guantánamos and that, if he violated the order, he would be charged with disobedience and contempt of authority. In addition, he told him that if he was seen in the streets, he would be taken to an unknown place, beaten and left "in the middle of the bush without clothes or shoes".
