Mechanic was threatened after attempting to form a Coachmen's Association.

The victim is a mechanic by profession and wanted to create an association of coachmen with agreed prices for the transportation of people, taking into consideration the transportation situation in the country. Upon gathering a group of drivers from his community, he was summoned and threatened by State Security and the PNR.
