Activist beaten and driven outside the city



An activist Yoanny Beltrán Gamboa was going to Santiago de Cuba province to participate in a march conducted to demand the release of political prisoners. At 6:40 he was detained in San Lino and 2 Sur Street and beaten by police officers who were following orders by State Security officials Major Bryan, Kevin and Sergio. Yoanny was put in the bus and driven to Imias which is about 80 km away from the city of Guantánamo.
