Political activist Raúl Martínez Caraballo was arbitrary detained by State Security official Richar and was taken him to the Police Department in Jamaica. Raúl was on his way to the UNPACU Headquarters in Guantánamo and after that, he was going to attend Mass in the catholic church Santuario del Cobre in Santiago de Cuba Province and join Todos Marchamos campaingn which is being conducted to demand the release of political prisoners. He was released 5 hours later.
