The victim was waiting for the transport in Matanzas when the operative guard arrived. They asked him for his documents and when they saw that his address was not in Matanzas, they took him to the police station. He was fined for being illegally there, they searched his belongings and when they found grapefruit crust, he was detained for more than 20 hours.
