Irisley Endrogas González arrived to the terminal 3 of the International Airport José Martí in La Habana, on Sunday the 16th of September for a flight to Panama. However, Immigration Officers told her that she could not travel due her restriction to do so. Endrogas González was invited to participate in a workshop that would be held in Uruguay.
