Annia Zamora Carmenate impeded of leaving the country

Annia Zamora Carmenate was invited to participate in a seminar in Uruguay on the 16th of September. However, she was impeded of getting on the plane. Migration officers from terminal 3 at the International Airport José Martí, in La Habana, took her to an office where they told her that they did not know the reasons why she could not travel, except that she was "regulated", and that was the reason why she could not travel. Another officer confiscated her plane ticket.
