Arbitrary detention



Juan Eduardo Salgado was with other activists and friends in a park when the police came and arrested him arguing that he was reporting information against the Government. He told the police that he had the right to give information to the Cubans who are not informed due to the lack of internet access. After that the police put him in the car by force and took him to the police station where he stayed during 8 hours under threat. Juan Eduardo had been threatened before.
