Prisoner without sheet and towel for four months

Yosbanis Alberto Martínez Martorell is being held in a case that the Cuban state security, ie, the political police, made up, and is imprisoned in Detachment 9 of the aforementioned prison, but 4 months ago they transferred him to Detachment 10 of the same prison. When these transfers were made, they confiscated towels and sheets from the prisoners, and were going to return them once in the new Detachment. In the case of Martorell, he has still not received them, so for 4 months up until now he has been drying himself with his shirt, and doesn't have anything to cover himself with at night, so he is going cold. Martorell states that he has asked for them back many times, but he is threatened that if he keeps asking for them, he will be beaten with batons, said in the vulgar way as they say: "we're going to wash you with blows." Martorell states that they are doing all of this to him for his opposition to the dictatorship in Cuba, and that what they are doing is torture, so he asks for justice.
