On September 10th, 2015, he was stopped unjustifiably on the public way by civil officers, who beaten him and after they got him into the patrol 612. They took him to the Unit for Crimes against State Security, where he was arrested for 3 days, without medical attention.
On September 13, they took him to the hospital of the Guantánamo prison, for putting him serum, because the jail is not healthy, and he had dehydration and intoxication. He was threatened with he could return to prison if he continues with his activism
