Niorvis along with several activists came to denounce the disappearance of another activist Henry Couto Guzmán that had disappeared the previous day. The head of Security (Colonel Jeovanis) ordered to arrest the activists. They were beaten and received inhuman treatment. The victim was taken to the jail and then he was released 3 days later.
