Emilio Plana Robert was summoned by police chief to the station in Guantánamo, known as Parque 24. When he arrived, he was detained and taken to the prison cell without any explication or accusation. Two hours later, major Bryan and Sergio, both State Security officials, came to his cell and threatened him. Emilio was told, that if he continued meeting counterrevolutionary elements, he would be put in jail again. Emilo has already been imprisoned and Amnesty International consider him a prisoner of conscience. In the middle of interrogation, the officials tried to force Emilio to sign a commitment document. He refused and he was taken again to the prison cell. He was released 3 hours later without being given any explication.
