Mother of Soler Daraidy Cando lived with her family in uninhabitable conditions. As her family is big, they were allotted a house above their house. Daraidy and her mother were given materials to repair their houses by only one joint license, even though they should have 2 licenses. After some time, problems between Daraidy and her mother were escalating. For example, however, the house downstairs was assigned to her mother and the one upstairs to her, they were occupying it vice versa. Or the family of her mother removed a dividing wall that was making the downstairs independent. Daraidy applied for another house, but she was told she had made one assignment already, so she cannot ask for another. She tried to complain at other institutions. Without response.
