Yuriel was detained and fined

Yuriel was standing in front of the store "La Campana". He was questioned by the policeman, the driver of the patrol number 550, who asked for his permission to sell the items he was holding in his hands, like shoes and some clothing. Not having such authorization, he was transferred immediately to the police unit of the municipality where they took his items without presenting any document of the confiscation and without telling him where he could go to appeal against that. After 5 days, he was detained again by the police officer Jose Arias and fined 1500 Cuban pesos.
