Alexander, UNPACU activist, was arbitrarily arrested by the officer of the State Security known as Bryan and the officer known as Alayo. This happened when Alexander was heading to the headquarters of the UNPACU at Guantanamo to continue from there to the Mass of the Catholic Church Santuriano del Cobre. He was taken to the police unit, where he remained for a few hours being threatened and insulted by the officer Bryan.
