Young man was detained and fined for a crime that he had not commited

The young man Ernesto Sanchez Llanes was enjoying the baseball game in the stadium of Camaguey when someone threw a bottle of rum at the ground of the stadium. The forces of the National Revolutionary Police rushed against the group of young people who were in place where the bottle was thrown. Ernesto refused to be driven to the police station saying that he had nothing to do with the act. He was forced to obey by beating, then he was arrested and taken to the Avellaneda station. There, his wish to inform his parents was denied. He was released the following day, fined with 30 pesos and given a warning letter. His parents made a complaint to the head of the unit because Ernesto is a minor and the reason of the arrest was false since Ernesto cannot drink alcohol since he is under medical treatment. They did not get any response.
