Clinic manager is racist to employees without suffering major consequences

An employee of the Manuel Guevara Montano Stomatology Clinic was victim of racist attacks by Arturo Sánchez Alcántara, the medical center's administrator. The manager told him that "he should not have been born because blacks were not people”. Faced with the attack, the employee decided to report it to the municipal Public Health Department, where he presented a written complaint to the director of the entity, but the only consequence was a call to the administrator. According to the victim, this is not the first time that this person has made comments like this within the workplace and yet no disciplinary action has been taken against him.
