Lady in White detained and driven outside the city

Celina Osoria Claro was detained by the State Security (DSE) official known as Víctor Víctor together with two other policemen who did not identify themselves. The detention took place on the Los Maceos Street and La Avenida when Celina was on her way to the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church in order to attend the Sunday Mass. The officials put her in the patrol car no. 616 and drove her to the second bridge of the Santiago-Guantánamo highway, approximately 9 kilometres from her house. They left her in the car in full sun until 11 am and then they let her go. On the top of that, Celina has been threatened several times with imprisonment for her political activism.
