Celina Osoria Claro, a human rights activist and a Lady in White from Guantánamo, was heading to the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church in order to attend Mass carried out there. When she was passing through the 8 Norte and the 5 Oeste Street in Guantánamo, she was detained by State Security officials known as Captain Kevin or Jefferson and Víctor Víctor. After that, Celina was taken to the DSE detention center called Operations. From there, she was released on the next day in the morning.
