On February 28, 2016, Geovanis Beltran was going to the hospital to visit his brother. At this moment he was detained by sector chief Rodolfo Leyva who asked him to submit his ID and searched him. Leyva found out, that Geovanis was carrying five pounds of coffee, accused him of hoarding and gave him a fine amounting 300 pesos. Geovanis explained him that he was carrying just an authorized amount. Leyva insulted him and told him, that he would not go through this day. Geovanis told him that this was extremism. Then Leyva taken him to the Police Department and accused him of direspect. He was released on March 4 at 11 am with a fine amounting 2000 pesos.
